Simon Matthews

Simon is the head of the cb4law family team and has specialised in children's law for over 25 years. He is a member of the Law Society's Children's Panel and is pleased to represent parents, grandparents, local authorities and Children's Guardians in relation to Public Law care proceedings or Private Law contact/residence proceedings where a CAFCASS officer is appointed to represent the children and the children are made parties to the proceedings.

Helen Casey

Helen deals with all aspects of family law including financial issues following divorce and separation as well as all matters involving children. Helen has specialised in family law since qualifying in 1993. Helen is an Accredited Member of Resolution with specialisms in Children Law and Advocacy.  In addition she is a highly experienced an accredited Family Mediator and the only solicitor in Cambridge with extensive expertise in this area. She is Legal Consultant for the Cambridge Family Mediation Service. Helen has appeared on the BBC television programme Inside Out and on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire regarding family law matters

Ben Spencer

Ben deals with all aspects of family law, with an emphasis on cases involving children particularly care proceedings -representing parents,  grandparents and other family members - as well as applications for Special Guardianship Orders and other child-related matters.
